David Dolan is a Vice President at Updata Advisors who joined the firm in 2008 and brings to client engagements five years of investment banking experience.

Prior to Updata, Mr. Dolan was a Senior Associate in the Healthcare Investment Banking Group at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. While at Bear Stearns, Mr. Dolan participated in 15 transactions with aggregate transaction values of over $4 billion.  Mr. Dolan has experience in a wide range of debt, equity and M&A products completing transactions in the Biotech, Healthcare IT, Healthcare Services, Med Tech and Specialty Pharma sectors.  Previously, Mr. Dolan worked for American Express Financial Advisors as a broker and at the Milestone Group as a Regional Director.

Mr. Dolan received an M.B.A. in Finance and Management from Fordham University Graduate School for Business Administration and a B.S. in Finance from George Mason University.
