17. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS
On February 28, 2005, we acquired netNumina Solutions, Inc. ("netNumina"), a software development company based in Cambridge, Massachusetts that specializes in technology strategy, architecture, and custom development. The company offers integrated strategy, creative design, technology architecture, solutions construction, and application management services to large enterprise clients. In exchange for all of netNumina's outstanding stock, we will pay $5.8 million in cash to shareholders of netNumina. The acquisition will be accounted for under the purchase method in accordance with SFAS 141 and SFAS 142. The operating results of netNumina will be included in our consolidated statement of operations beginning March 1, 2005.
